As the Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in the shipping and fulfillment process along with other warehouse tasks. Shipping and fulfillment is a top priority here at Trash Panda - not only is it important to ensure each customer receives their order correctly and in a timely manner, but it is an opportunity to create an experience for each and every customer.

The Warehouse Associate role is a minimum 10 - 20 hours per week, “variable hour fulfillment” position. Hours are based on how much shipping needs to be completed that week. On average it will be 10 - 15 hours with room for more available hours during peak ship windows. This is an on site position in Denver, CO, and reports directly to the Head of Experience.

Attention to detail, working with excellence, and being a self-starter are essential attributes in this role. 

Job Responsibilities

• Ship and fulfill all customer and wholesale orders
• Handle all ghost stamping custom orders 
• Restock inventory 
• Ensure the warehouse is organized, clean, and safe at all times
• Collaborate with the team to support overall operations

Qualifications

• Passionate about disc golf and sustainability
• Self-motivated, positive, and a team player
• Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills
• Ability and willingness to learn new skills and work with the team to get things done
• Prior experience in warehouse operations preferred, but not required
• Ability to lift 25 - 50 pounds
• Must be 18 and over

Hourly wage: $19/hr
