OPERATIONS ASSOCIATE

The Operations Associate role is a temporary, part-time position with the opportunity for a permanent role after 3 months. This role is on-site in Denver, CO. As Operations Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth and efficient operations in the warehouse – such as assisting the disc manufacturing process, grinding recycled discs, and conducting Quality Control on discs, and more. 

Attention to detail, working with excellence, and being a self-starter are essential attributes in this role. 

**This is a temporary, part-time position offering 25 - 30 hours per week**

Job Responsibilities

• Ensure the warehouse is organized, clean, and safe at all times
• Assist with shipping and fulfillment as needed or during high peak times
• Collaborate with the team to support overall operations
• Fulfill custom ghost stamp orders
• Conduct thorough QC checks for newly made discs
• Assist in disc production such as mixing/preparing recycled plastic, grinding up discs that need to be recycled, and more

Qualifications

• Passionate about disc golf and sustainability
• Self-motivated, positive, and a team player
• Prior experience in warehouse operations preferred, but not required
• Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills
• Ability and willingness to learn new skills and work with the team to get things done
• Ability to lift 25 - 50 pounds

Hourly Wage: $19 - $22/hour
