ORDER INFO / GENERAL FAQ'S
We are committed to making high quality products that you love! If you are unhappy with your order, we will help get that sorted for you. We accept returns/exchanges within 30 days of delivery as long as items are unused or unopened.
To get your return started, email us at info@trashpandadiscgolf.com with your order number and reason for a return. We'll then send you next steps on how to send back your item. Refunds will be processed once your return has been delivered to our warehouse.

Every disc is passed through several rounds of quality checking. However, every now and then, a blemished disc makes its way through our process.
If you received a defective disc, send us an email at info@trashpandadiscgolf.com within 30 days of purchase.

SHIPPING FAQ's
All orders typically ship within 5 business days.
Yes! We offer international shipping around the globe. (Unfortunately, we can't control international shipping prices, so we suggest getting some friends together and ordering as a group to make shipping costs more reasonable.)
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a separate email with the tracking information.
Shipping is calculated at checkout from multiple carriers by size and weight.
All US orders above $75USD and all international orders above $100USD automatically ship free!
All of our packaging is 100% recycled and recyclable, as well as printed with algae ink. As if that wasn't good enough, all shipping materials are also made just a few miles from our warehouse here in Denver, CO.
INNER CORE FAQ'S
Our "Premium" plastic is made from 100% recycled TPU (thermoplastic polyurethane) and our "Baseline" plastic is made from a combination of 100% recycled TPE (thermoplastic elastomer) and a natural mineral (calcium carbonate). All of our discs are made as sustainably as possible and are completely recyclable in the future as well.
We source our plastic through a partnership with a local recycler here in Denver.
The recycled plastic we're currently using (TPU) feels exactly like premium plastic discs - if not better.. 😉
Hot stamping is unfortunately one of the more wasteful parts of the disc manufacturing process. Not only does it create excess and waste that is unrecycleable, but it also affects the future recycleability of the disc. Until we find a better solution, the Inner Core will be unstamped.
However, the Inner Core takes dye really well, which does not effect the recyclability. So if you're looking to put a cool design on your Inner Core, that is always an option 😎

We do not offer customer stamping services at this time for discs or minis.
